Chicken and Fontina Panini

These paninis are great for a tailgate or snack during the big game! Use store bought pesto from the refrigerator section of your grocery store.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 individual panini loaves cut in half horizontally
  • ½ cup pesto sauce
  • 2 plum tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup shredded Rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup fontina cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat panini press.
  • Spread both halves of bread with 3 Tablespoons pesto.
  • Top with tomato slices, chicken, and cheese. Top with bread.
  • Place sandwich in panini press; cook 3-4 minutes or until cheese melts and bread is toasted. Cut in half.
