If you are heading to a barbecue and need something to bring, this will be the most popular dish at the picnic! Purchase the pulled pork at your favorite local bbq joint, toss the rest of the ingredients in the slow cooker and you are ready to go.
Ingredients:
1 lb. cooked, shredded pork
4-15oz. cans pork and beans, undrained
2-14 1/2 oz. cans Rotel
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
6 Tablespoons brown sugar
4 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon molasses
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 1 hour. Keep on low until serving.
