Grilled Pork Cutlets with Homemade BBQ Sauce
You can purchase the cutlets at your local butcher counter. Pour half of the BBQ sauce into a separate bowl before you dunk the pork in and have some to save with the meal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3 Tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 Tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 9 pork cutlets
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except for the pork cutlets and whisk well to combine.
- Season the pork with salt and pepper and dip into the BBQ sauce and grill 3-4 minutes a side.
- Serve with remaining BBQ sauce and Cilantro Potato Salad.
