There is no prep with this recipe. Simply dump the ingredients in your slow cooker and walk away.
2 cups store bought salsa
2 Tablespoons chili powder
2 Tablespoons dried oregano
2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 lb. boneless pork butt or pork shoulder
12 corn tortillas
In a slow cooker, combine salsa, chili powder, oregano, cocoa, and 1 teaspoon salt. Add the pork and turn to coat. Cook on high for 5 hours or on low for 8 hours. Shred meat and serve in tortillas with a squeeze of lime juice, a bit of chopped cilantro, and some sour cream.
