Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 500°.
- Trim rind from top of Brie, leaving a 1/3" border on top. Place on baking sheet.
- Stir together cranberry sauce, brown sugar, rum and nutmeg.
- Spread mixture evenly over top of Brie. Sprinkle evenly with pecans.
- Bake at 500° for 5 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers.
