Method
- Place first seven ingredients in a large ziplock bag, mix well.
- Add pork cubes and refrigerate one hour, turning after 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove pork from bag and discard marinade.
- Thread pork evenly onto skewers, sprinkle with salt.
- Thread mini bell peppers on skewers.
- Arrange skewers in a single layer on grill rack and grill 3-4 minutes a side.
