ground fresh oregano

pork tenderloins

Dijon mustard
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°.
Mix bread crumbs and oregano in a baking dish.
Spread the Dijon mustard over the pork.
Roll pork in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place in a roasting pan and roast in the oven at 450° for 30-45 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes.
