Warmed Cranberry Brie
This appetizer looks beautiful on a platter for a holiday party and the spices give the cheese a fantastic flavor!

Ingredients

16oz.
round of Brie cheese
1
15oz. can
whole-berry cranberry sauce
¼
cup
light brown sugar
packed
2
Tablespoons
spiced run
½
teaspoon
ground nutmeg
¼
cup
chopped and toasted pecans
assorted crackers
Instructions
Preheat oven to 500°.
Trim rind from top of Brie, leaving a 1/3" border on top. Place on baking sheet.
Stir together cranberry sauce, brown sugar, rum and nutmeg.
Spread mixture evenly over top of Brie. Sprinkle evenly with pecans.
Bake at 500° for 5 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers.
