Southwest Fondue
Nothing excites a tortilla chip more than cheese fondue. This recipe uses Velveeta cheese and it is divine!
- 1 16oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese product cubed
- 1 lb. pepper jack cheese slices torn into pieces
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 2 plum tomatoes seeded and cubed
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- tortilla chips
Combine cheeses and milk in a large microwave safe bowl. Stir in tomatoes and cilantro.
Microwave for 8 minutes, stirring every two minutes.
Stir in tomatoes and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
