BBQ Pork Tenderloin
This is a quick to prepare dish that you can throw on the grill in the middle of summer.

Ingredients

apple cider vinegar

cup
water
½

salt

ketchup

light brown sugar

Tablespoons
dry mustard

Tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce

teaspoons
black pepper

teaspoon
ground red pepper

1lb.
pork tenderloins
trimmed
Instructions
Bring all ingredients, except for the pork, to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Cook for 4 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
Reserve ¾ or 1 cup of sauce.
Sprinkle the pork with salt all over.
Grill on medium heat for 10 minutes turning once.
Brush remaining sauce on pork and grill 5 minutes.
Turn, brush again with sauce and finish cooking for 5 more minutes.
Let stand on a cutting board for 5 minutes then slice and serve with the remaining bbq sauce.
