Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and add the cocoa, granulated sugar, and brown sugar, stirring until mixture resembles coarse sand.
- Add yogurt and vanilla, stirring to combine.
- Add flour mixture stirring until moist.
- Drop by level Tablespoons onto baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment.
- Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes. Let cool on pan for 5 minutes and remove to wire rack to cool completely.
