Mini S'mores

This is a super quick treat to throw together with three ingredients and a broiler! The sweet/salty combination is oh, so good!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Ritz Crackers
  • 12 Dark Hershey kisses
  • 6 large Marshmallows

Method
 

  1. First start with 12 Ritz crackers placed on foil on top of a cookie sheet.
  2. Then take 12 dark Hershey kisses and place one on top of each Ritz cracker.
  3. Finally, take the 6 large marshmallows, slice them in half, and place each half on top of a kiss.
  4. Set the pan under the broiler and watch the marshmallows closely. It only takes a few minutes for the tops to turn golden brown.
