Mini Sub Sandwiches
Nothing screams "tailgate" more than a sub sandwich. This is a basic recipe that packs a ton of flavor into easy bite sized sandwiches, perfect for the parking lot of your favorite game!
- 2 pkgs. silver dollar rolls
- ¼ lb. thinly sliced turkey
- ¼ lb. thinly sliced ham
- ¼ lb. sliced cheddar cheese
- ¼ lb. sliced havarti cheese
- mustard
- mayonnaise
- olive oil
- dried oregano
- salt & pepper
Set up a large cutting board so that you can work assembly line style.
Slice open the rolls and lay out the halves one above the other.

Spread mustard on half of the rolls and mayonnaise on the other half.
Layer cheddar, ham, havarti, and turkey on the roll.
Spray some olive oil on the top half of the roll, followed by a pinch of dried oregano, some salt, and some pepper.
Top each sandwich and wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
