Herb Grilled Pork Chops
Here is a quick way to have a healthy, flavorful meal, without steaming up the kitchen.
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 4 1" thick boneless pork chops
Combine all the spices in a small bowl.
Rub the seasoning mixture on the front and back of the pork chops.
Grill over medium heat for 8-10 minutes a side, depending on the thickness of the chops. (internal temperature of done pork chops should be 160 degrees)
