dash of salt

granulated sugar

light brown sugar
packed

butter
softened

creamy peanut butter

egg
at room temperature

teaspoon
vanilla extract
⅔
cup
milk
¾
cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips
Frosting
1 ½
cups
powdered sugar
¾
cup
cocoa powder
½
cup
butter
softened

milk

Tablespoon
strong brewed coffee
Instructions
Cupcakes
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt together in a small bowl.
In an electric mixer, combine sugars and butter and beat until well blended.
Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla and mix well.
Add flour mixture, alternately with milk. Add the chocolate chips.
Drop batter into muffin tins lined with paper muffin cups.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Once cupcakes are completely cool, frost with chocolate frosting.
Frosting
Mix powdered sugar through coffee in a food processor.
