One Bowl Fudge Cookies
This recipe is great when you just want to make a few cookies and you crave something quick and delicious!

Ingredients

all-purpose flour

baking soda
pinch of salt

butter

cocoa powder

cup
granulated sugar
⅓
cup
light brown sugar
firmly packed
⅓
cup
plain greek yogurt
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Remove from heat and add the cocoa, granulated sugar, and brown sugar, stirring until mixture resembles coarse sand.
Add yogurt and vanilla, stirring to combine.
Add flour mixture stirring until moist.
Drop by level Tablespoons onto baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment.
Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes. Let cool on pan for 5 minutes and remove to wire rack to cool completely.
