Chocolate Covered Cranberries
The sweet chocolate coating combined with the surprise of sour cranberry make a fun holiday treat!
- 1 12 oz. pkg. cranberries rinsed, sorted, and dried
- 1 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 Tablespoons shortening
Melt chocolate chips and shortening over low heat, stirring frequently until melted.
Using a toothpick, dip cranberries in the chocolate until coated and place on a plate covered with wax paper.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
