This is a great twist on a traditional slider. Avoid extra lean turkey breast or the sliders will be too dry. These little burgers cook quickly, don't skip the broiler, it finishes these off perfectly!
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add oil to pan and swirl to coat.
Add onion, oregano, and garlic; sauté for 3 minutes or until onion is soft.
Place onion in a bowl and let cool slightly.
Add turkey, Parmesan, marinara, salt, pepper, and red pepper. Mix well and shape into 16 patties.
Grill over medium heat 6-7 minutes a side or until cooked through.
On a baking sheet, place the bottom of the slider rolls. Add a turkey burger, a Tablespoon of marinara, and some shredded mozzarella. Place the tops of the rolls next to the burger.
