Chicken and Fontina Panini
These paninis are great for a tailgate or snack during the big game! Use store bought pesto from the refrigerator section of your grocery store.

- 4 individual panini loaves cut in half horizontally
- ½ cup pesto sauce
- 2 plum tomatoes sliced
- 1 cup shredded Rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup fontina cheese shredded
Preheat panini press.
Spread both halves of bread with 3 Tablespoons pesto.
Top with tomato slices, chicken, and cheese. Top with bread.
Place sandwich in panini press; cook 3-4 minutes or until cheese melts and bread is toasted. Cut in half.
