Herb Grilled Pork Chops

Here is a quick way to have a healthy, flavorful meal, without steaming up the kitchen.


1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4-1 inch thick boneless pork chops

Combine all the spices in a small bowl.  Rub the seasoning mixture on the front and back of the pork chops.  Grill over medium heat for 8-10 minutes a side, depending on the thickness of the chops.  (internal temperature of done pork chops should be 160 degrees)
