BBQ Pork Tenderloin

This is a quick to prepare dish that you can throw on the grill in the middle of summer.


1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup ketchup
4 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Tablespoons dry mustard
4 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
2 (1-pound) pork tenderloin, trimmed

Bring all ingredients, except for the pork, to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.  Cook for 4 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.  Reserve 3/4 or 1 cup of sauce.  Sprinkle the pork with salt all over.  Grill on medium heat for 10 minutes turning once.  Brush remaining sauce on pork and grill 5 minutes.  Turn, brush again with sauce and finish cooking for 5 more minutes.  Let stand on a cutting board for 5 minutes then slice and serve with bbq sauce.
