Yes, you’ll do have to fight for oven space with this side dish, but it cooks fast. Have it ready to pop in as soon as you pull the turkey out of the oven.
2 lbs. asparagus spears, rinsed and ends snapped off
2 Tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Place a silicone mat on a cookie sheet. Place asparagus o mat in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Remove from heat and add soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Toss with asparagus.
