The sweet chocolate coating combined with the surprise of sour cranberry make a fun holiday treat!
1-12 oz. package cranberries, rinsed, sorted, and dried
1-12 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons shortening
Melt chocolate chips and shortening over low heat, stirring frequently until melted. Using a toothpick, dip cranberries in the chocolate until coated and place on a plate covered with wax paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
