Lemon Icebox Pie

3 egg yolks

1-14oz. can sweetened condensed milk

½ cup fresh lemon juice

9” uncooked graham cracker crust

Fresh whipped cream

Heat oven to 325 degrees.  Beat egg yolks with an electric mixer.  Add sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice, beating until well blended.  Pour into graham cracker crust.  Bake 30 minutes or until set.  Let cool for one hour, then refrigerate for 3 hours.  Spread whipped cream over pie
