Lemon Icebox Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 9" uncooked graham cracker crust
  • fresh whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 325°.
  • Beat egg yolks with an electric mixer.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice, beating until well blended.
  • Pour into graham cracker crust.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
  • Let cool one hour, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Spread whipped cream over pie.
