Cowboy Dip Sandwiches

Ingredients:

4 large rolls, sliced
3 cups shredded Braised Beef Brisket
Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese Slices

On a baking sheet covered with foil, place sliced rolls, open faced.  Add brisket and pan drippings.  Top each roll with a slice of cheese.  Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
