Southwest Fondue

Nothing excites a tortilla chip more than cheese fondue.  This recipe uses Velveeta cheese and it is divine!


1-16 oz. package Velveeta cheese product, cubed
1 lb. pepper jack cheese slices, torn
1 1/4 cups milk
2 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Combine cheeses and milk in a large microwave safe bowl.  Microwave for 8 minutes, stirring every two minutes.  Stir in tomatoes and cilantro.

Yield:  6 cups
