Cheese Ball

This is one of those “flash from the past” straight from the 1970’s recipes!  I can remember my mom making this for her dinner parties and I would try to sneak in a grab a Triscuit and some of this dip.  It is made with dried beef, I’m not exactly sure what that is and I probably don’t want to know, but somehow it makes this cheese ball remind me of my childhood.


3 large blocks of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
2 jars dried beef, diced
2 Tablespoons Accent seasoning
2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Mix softened cream cheese, with 1 1/2 jars of dried beef, Accent, and Worcestershire.  Roll into a ball and place remaining diced beef on the ball.  Chill and serve with Triscuit crackers.
